Hi, in early Sep we will be travelling from Carcassonne Airport to Pézenas. We are in no rush to get there as the accommodation will not be ready.
Which option would be more pleasant - more leisurely driving on D roads via Homps and Capestang or motorway to Narboone and Beziers and use the extra time to stroll around Pezenas getting acclimatised.
Normally I would take the motorway but we%26#39;ll be travelling around lunchtime and it might be nice to stop off in a small town/village for lunch.
