There is a frequent bus service from Toulouse airport to the city bus station, which is right next to the railway station.
The timetable for the trains from Toulouse to Souillac is here:

Reservation is required on the %26#39;TEOZ%26#39; trains but not the others.
However you need also to check the following as, during September the line is partially closed for reconsruction work between Toulouse and Montauban, buses replace certain trains:

Unfortunately the station at Cazoules is closed, so you will have the annoyance of going through the village and the extra couple of miles into Souillac and having to get taxis back.
Getting from Bordeaux to Souillac by train is not particuarly easy. For speed and convenience I would suggest taking the train Bordeaux - Toulouse as the first stage and then as above. The trains are fairly frequent but it%26#39;s a journey of between 2 and 3 hours Bordeaux - Toulouse. The railway website at www.voyages-sncf.com will give you the times and fares for 23rd September and the required return dates; advance reservation is required for many trains on that route.
I hope that helps get you started.

Thank you for your reply, it was very helpfull. The trip from Toulouse to Souillac is ok but the other one is the problem. There are a lot of children traveling from Bordeaux to Souillac. Can you travel by bus or can you hire one. Thank you.

There are no buses between Bordeaux and that part of the world.
The only alternative I can think of without hiring a bus or going via Toulouse is the very slow train from Bordeaux to Sarlat and the bus from there to Souillac, which is at the mercy of very infrequent and irregular schedules.
I am sure you could hire a bus from a Bordeaux company but that I am afraid is something about which I have no knowledge.
