My boyfriend and I are going to Cavli for a week in September and are looking for ideas on where to eat and drink.
We would ideally like resturants that charge, for example, no more than 20 Euro for a set menu or just mains for no more than 15 Euro. Any ideas?
Also, if anyone has any suggestions for bars we should go to (we%26#39;ve already clocked Chez Tao)? Price isn%26#39;t that much of an problem here as if it really special we will just have one there and nurse it! :)
Thanks in advance for any help recieved

Just returned from Calvi--Via Marine on Rue Clemenceau (the first street up from the port) was the best price/value place that I found. 18 Euro for a grilled fish, 6.80 for a half carafe of wine, 12.90 for moules.
At most restaurants the cheapest, simple pizza is 8 euro, but with toppings 12 euro. Amazingly thin crust everywhere.
Favorite bar--a happening place--is Luna Nera (same street). You can sit outside and watch the passing parade, or sit inside where it is less busy and more romantic. A family operation, Dad opens at 8am, and local shopowners drop in for a coffee and a pain au chocolat. His 2 sons take over in the evening, and stay open until near dawn. They are all charming and helpful with local knowledge.
