question about public transportation

How can I get from CDG to Gare de Lyon, what bus or RER do I have to take?

Also, how can I get from Gare de Lyon to Novotel Paris Tour Eiffel, 62 Grenelle Quai?

Thank you very much!

RER B from CDG to Gare du Nord. Walk to the other side of the platform and board the RER D to Gare de Lyon.

For a couple of euros more, you can take an Air France bus direct to Gare de Lyon.

The Novotel Quai de Grenelle (ex-Nikko, and a very fine place it is) is in a sort of inconvenient intermediate zone. The metro station is Charles Michels on line 10, but there is a certain amount of walking from there. An alternative is the Javel station on the RER C, which also requires some walking. The easy part of this is that the Novotel is the only RED highrise building in Paris, so it is very easy to spot.
