Budget Paris Apartment with Terrace

Hi everyone,

I am looking for an apartment in the city of Paris to rent for a week next July. My goal is to find a place that is 700 euro a week or less, has an elevator, kitchen and either a terrace/patio or a balcony.

Any suggestions? I%26#39;ve already checked out VRBO and Homeaway but wondering if there are some French or UK sights worth searching.
