We have been thinking about taking a canoe trip to view the Pont du Gard, but it has been helpfully suggested to us that there may be insufficient water in the Gardon during the first week in September? Does anyone know any more about this, or know whether the canoe operators are likely to give entirely accurate advice? (we%26#39;ve been left waterless once before -very funny episode but we don%26#39;t need to repeat it!)
Any advice much appreciated.

Here in Isle sur la Sorgue the Kayak verte are operating with no problem, clients went yesterday.
It is true we have not had much rain and the rivers are low but I am sure by September we should have had rain... we hope!
