Paris, Apartment Rental of a Small Family

Apologies if this has been posted before, I would like to book an apartment in a central part of Paris for my husband, 18month old toddler son and myself for 3 days in early October. There just seems to be so many websites! I have requested availability from some sites but many seem to be ignoring my request for a cot for our son or else they are charging an extra amount per day for the cot and some are even charging agency fees for renting the apartment. Can anybody point me in the direction of a good rental agency or apartment owner who can facilitate us for 3 days in October. We are not looking for 5star luxury just somewhere central that is clean and can provide a cot. Sherquin

Some properties can%26#39;t be rented for only 3 days or if they can there will be an extra charge.

I found a studio apartment for 3 nights at the end of September on the homelidays website. If you do a search of your dates and other requirements (you can specify a cot in %26quot;other amenities%26quot; under %26quot;additional search criteria%26quot;) you%26#39;ll get a shortlist of suitable properties.

Then you%26#39;ll have to check with the owners direct and use your own judgement from there on. There are no agency fees with this site, so the prices are usually very reasonable, but each owner will have different ways of handling payment, etc. In my experience they will usually ask for a deposit upfront, and the balance in cash on arrival.

If the cot proves to be the hard part, maybe there are baby rental places in Paris where you can hire a travel cot?

Okay, I just did a quick search of homelidays Paris properties and found #181251, which has a cot, high chair and bath tub, in a nice area, for 65 euros/night. Also has some very positive testimonials from past renters. Have a look and see what you think.
