shuttle to CDG

How much time is needed on a Saturday morning 5-6 a.m. to get to CDG.

I am flying from Paris to Nice and trying to figure out a pick-up time for a 7:30 flight.

What is the requirement for check-in for a domestic flight in France.

From Paris to Nice, it is quicker and easier to fly from ORLY airport rather than CDG.

However if you can%26#39;t change, traffic is clear at 5/6am on a Saturday. Depending on where you are in Paris, it should take between 30 and 45 minutes from Paris to CDF terminal 2F.

CDG is know as being a real mess. If you only have hand luggage, you could take the risk to get there an hour prior to the flight, ie around 6.30am. If not, try to be there at least 90 minutes prior to the flight.

If you don%26#39;t know the airport, don%26#39;t hesitate to arrive earlier than what you think. If you arrive and check-in early, you%26#39;ll have no stress and you might be able to choose your seat. At last minute, you%26#39;ll get a back seat.

At Orly airport I usually arrive no more than 50/60 minutes before the flight and so far never experienced problems.

Thank you. That is very helpful.

We must have been half asleep to have booked the 7:30 flight and not the 10:30!! We are flying out of CDG because we are meeting up with a friend who is flying in from Canada.

Good to know about Orly.

Thanks again, for the information.
