hi everyone i am going to Paris next week for the first time since i was 11! it is to celebrate my 40th birthday and it will also be my first trip without any kids (I have 5) we are there from monday afternoon to thursday evening and have a budget of £500 ( flights and hotels are already paid for so this is spending money )so we need advice on inexpensive things to do places to eat etc. i am not a museum type of person and the only things that we know we will simply have to do is going up the eiffel tower, view the city from a boat ride and browse the shops. can anyone tell me if thats enough money for the two of us? how easy is it to find ourway around the metro system? and which guide with map would be the bast o buy before we go. many thaks for any replies.
