Itinerary

I had tried researching Lourdes in my travel guides, but for some reason they only have a paragraph and no information about what to see and do.

I will be arriving early Sunday afternoon and leaving Tuesday noon. I was wondering if someone could give me an idea, and an expected itinerary.

In the Lourdes forum, simply type %26quot;What to do%26quot; or %26quot;What to see%26quot; in the search box and you%26#39;ll find plenty of previous threads that respond to your post.

You haven%26#39;t dais when you are going but assuming it%26#39;s before the end of October, I would suggest the following.

On arrival go to the Grotto.

Sun 17:00 Blessed Sacrament Procession

Sun 21:00 Torchlight Procession

Mon 09:00 Mass in English at Chapelle SS Cosmas and Damien

Followed by the Path of St Bernadette which will take you to the main sites in Lourdes (or Stations of the Cross or Confession).

Mon pm Baths - depending on the queues - get there early.

Depenging on when you get out of the baths you could then fir in any thing you haven%26#39;t been able to do yet or just spend more time at the grotto.

Tuesdat 9:00 Mass in English at Chapelle SS Cosmas and Damien.

Then fill in as you feel there is time. The Information Centre can also show you a 20min video about Lourdes.

I hope that helps. The important thing is to do what you need to do and not what someone else tells you that you must do.
