Essential Oils

I noticed that some of the organic essential oils that I buy here in America are imported in from France. I will be traveling to Paris in a couple of weeks and was wondering if anyone knew where I could find essential oils that I could buy in bulk (greater than an 2 oz) in Paris or nearby Paris.

Hi -

I don%26#39;t know about suppliers in Paris, but if you don%26#39;t find one, you could consider the following, a Canadian supplier. They are located in Vancouver, BC, and supply very high grade oils. They do wholesale (bulk) orders as well as consumer ones.

I know it%26#39;s not very exciting since you%26#39;ve got plenty of outlets in the States, but l%26#39;Occitane does stock a good range of those. Otherwise, try cosmetics chains Yves Rocher (www.yves-rocher.fr) or Nocibé (www.nocibe.fr), they are all over town. Naturalia (www.naturalia.fr) is a chain of health food/products that also stocks %26quot;huiles essentielles%26quot; (so that you know how to say it in French! ). Otherwise, basically, any large pharmacy in town should have the stuff.
