Way to Stay Rental

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone here has rented with %26#39;Way to Stay%26#39; before and if so, are they reliable?

Looking at their apartment %26#39;Marais Tresor%26#39; on the Rue de la Verrerie, just off Rue du Renard. Anyone know if that%26#39;s a nice area? We want something safe with a few shops/cafes nearby to stock up for breakfast etc.

It%26#39;s just for 3 nights in December and quoted at 98 euros a night, which seems ok to me....
